Service Description

To receive Reiki, most people lie on a table fully clothed. Little or no pressure is applied and no oils are used. Practitioner's routinely follow a series of hand positions that correlate with the chakras. They may focus over an injury or an area of discomfort. The practitioner always respects personal boundaries. The use of sage, palo santo, crystals and aromatherapy are used as tools to aid in the relaxation process.
